Hi there 🌞 Im Celestine, a Licensed Massage Therapist, Reiki Master, and owner of Sol State Wellness in Denver, Colorado. My work is centered on how the body holds, adapts, and reorganizes in response to sustained attention—how it holds patterns of protection, how it adapts to stress, and how it begins to shift when conditions of safety, pressure, and presence are applied with awareness. I integrate myofascial release, Thai yoga massage elements, Reiki, and other energetic healing modalities to support structural release, mobility, and nervous system regulation. My understanding of the body stems from a lifetime of study, lived experience, and ongoing immersion in continuing education that supports and deepens my practice. This foundation informs how I approach structure, regulation, and perception in the body as an interconnected system. Each session is unique. I work in response to what is present in real time—tissue quality, breath patterns, and nervous system cues guide the direction of each session. **Please note that while I make every effort to keep my space synthetic fragrance-free, I do utilize high grade organic essential oils and incense in my studio. Please note ion intake if you prefer neither during your session. ** Sol State wellness is on the second floor of a historic building that does not include an elevator.
